Terms and Conditions:
Article 1: Applicability

These terms and conditions shall apply to all offers, booking confirmations and agreements where Ticket Unlimited acts as the seller of tickets. The Dutch text of these terms and conditions is binding and rights cannot be derived from any translation. Additions to or deviations from these terms and conditions shall only apply if explicitly accepted by Ticket Unlimited. No rights can be derived from any promises made by any Ticket Unlimited employee unless they have been explicitly confirmed by Ticket Unlimited.

General terms and conditions of buyers/customers shall not apply unless their applicability has been explicitly accepted by Ticket Unlimited.

In accordance with Article 7:46i paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code, the information obligations of Article 7:46c of the Dutch civil code and the rights as granted by Article 7:46c of the Dutch Civil Code do not apply to services provided by Ticket Unlimited.
Article 2: Definitions
In these terms and conditions the terms listed below shall bear the meaning given to them:

Ticket Unlimited: a trading name of the private company with limited liability Ticket Unlimited BV (see Article 9 for more details).

Ticket: the admission ticket for an event.

Buyer: the person who concludes an agreement with Ticket Unlimited to provide tickets (admission tickets) for events such as concerts, matches, etc.

Booking confirmation: an electronic confirmation provided by Ticket Unlimited of the booking made by the buyer that is sent by Ticket Unlimited to the email address specified by said buyer or that is issued to said buyer.

Service and Shippingcost: This costs are composed of several components, namely Administrative costs, packaging (usually an envelope), and transaction costs incurred when a product is sent as an e-ticket by email (because we can not automatically perform this shipment).
Article 3: Placement of orders

An order by the buyer shall be deemed to have been placed by the buyer if: (i) said buyer has specified in the Ticket Unlimited booking procedure which ticket(s) said buyer wishes to receive, (ii) said buyer has filled in the other information required, and (iii) this booking has been received by Ticket Unlimited after it has been sent.

An order by the buyer shall also be deemed to have been placed if said buyer has passed on all the required information through the phone to Ticket Unlimited.

An order shall be final once Ticket Unlimited has acknowledged receipt of the order by sending an order/booking confirmation.
Article 4: Prices

Reselling is involved in relation to the sale of tickets by Ticket Unlimited. Ticket Unlimited prices will be different from the prices that may be specified on the tickets themselves and the buyer cannot derive any rights from these prices. All costs are included in Ticket Unlimited prices excluding shipment costs. Please call in or email us for the face value of the tickets.

Prices are expressed in euros unless otherwise specified.

The price is unique for each order. The price may vary with every order.
Article 5: Payment

Payment must take place using one of the methods specified on the Ticket Unlimited website or, as a departure from this, using a method to be further specified by Ticket Unlimited.

If paying by using a credit card, the data shall be sent through a secure server. Ticket Unlimited shall request authorisation from the card issuer for the credit card payment.

If paying by means of a credit card, the buyer must provide a copy of a valid identity card and credit card at the first request of Ticket Unlimited. Ticket Unlimited shall be entitled to demand from the buyer that said buyer use a different payment method than the one that has been selected.

Credit card payments will be debited by Ticket Unlimited.

All payments will be taken in euros.
Article 6: Delivery of tickets

Ticket Unlimited aims at ensuring buyers receive tickets at least two to five (2-5) days prior to the event. Tickets for sporting events shall, however, usually be sent to the buyer approximately two to five (2-5) days before the event takes place. Most sport and football tickets (Premier League, Serie A & Spanish League) will be delivered to your hotel one to two (1-2) days before the event takes place. To that extend, please provide us with your hotel details. If you are an international customer, please expect the tickets to arrive one to three (1-3) days before the scheduled event, due to the late release of some tickets. In some cases the tickets will be delivered on the day of the event. Please note that tickets for football matches are for the team playing at home unless stated otherwise. You may not be allowed to enter the venue in case you are wearing clothes in support of the visiting team. Doing so is therefore at the risk of the buyer.

AJAX will not allow fans of other clubs items like t shirts, flags, scarves, caps, jackets (and others) to wear the club colors.
If you are rejected for wearing these items, since you can not hold responsible Ticket Unlimited.

Shipment and issue shall be at the expense of the buyer. Shipment costs are also applicable to hotel delivery and pickup of the tickets.

Tickets shall be sent at the expense of the buyer via Courier or a similar courier service in relation to addresses inside the Netherlands. Shipments by Courier or any local courier service are not insured.

The tickets shall be delivered by Courier at the address as specified by the buyer unless nobody is available to receive them. Should this be the case, Courier will leave written notification that shall list the telephone number of the nearest Courier office. The buyer can next make an appointment to ensure the tickets can be obtained. Sometimes, however, our local supplier will send the tickets by local post, such as Royal Mail. Ticket Unlimited shall not be held liable should delivery of the tickets fail due to provision of an incorrect address by the buyer. Should this be the case, please also note that tickets are not insured.

If in deviation to the above tickets are sent within the Netherlands through Courier or through a similar courier service, the provisions of sub-section d of this article 6 shall apply accordingly.

Should the buyer not accept, pick up or have picked up a ticket sent to said buyer, and the ticket is returned to Ticket Unlimited by Courier or any local courier service, said buyer shall be obliged to compensate Ticket Unlimited for the costs incurred in relation to the return shipment. At the request of the buyer and on advance payment of the shipment costs involved, Ticket Unlimited will resend the tickets to said buyer.

In deviation to the provisions related to delivery, Ticket Unlimited may choose a different delivery method than specified above, for example, by having the tickets delivered to the reception of a hotel specified by the buyer, collection at the box office or a pick-up with our local supplier. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify the occupant of the delivery address specified by said buyer of the delivery of the tickets. If you have not received your tickets 48 hours before the event, please email or phone us during business hours. Ticket Unlimited may deliver the tickets up to the moment the event starts, for example until the kick-off in football matches.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide Ticket Unlimited with the correct delivery address. At any time the buyer is obliged to inform Ticket Unlimited of any change in address.
Article 7: Buyer Guarantee

If the buyer is denied admission to the event due to a circumstance not attributable to said buyer, Ticket Unlimited will refund the full amount of the order including shipment costs, provided said buyer contacts Ticket Unlimited within five (5) days after the event has taken place.

In case of failure of Ticket Unlimited to deliver the full quantity of tickets contracted for according to these terms and conditions, Ticket Unlimited will refund the full amount of the order including shipment costs, provided the buyer contacts Ticket Unlimited within five (5) days after the tickets should have been delivered.

In the event of cancellation of an event, Ticket Unlimited will offer substitute tickets on the basis of availability or refund the full amount of the order including shipment costs, provided the buyer contacts Ticket Unlimited within five (5) days after the announcement of the cancellation of the event.

guarantee leaves intact the remaining rights to which the buyer is entitled.
Article 8: Special provisions and liability

When the occasion arises and in particular in relation to music and/or sporting events, tickets may display a name that does not match the name of the buyer of the ticket.

The buyer of a ticket supplied by Ticket Unlimited must behave as a good and orderly visitor of events and must follow instructions given by or due to the organiser of an event to be visited by said buyer as well as by the competent authorities.

Ticket Unlimited shall not be held liable should organisers of an event or the authorities deny the buyer of a ticket delivered by Ticket Unlimited admission to an event due to an intentional act or omission or gross negligence of said buyer.

The buyer of a ticket shall visit an event at his or her own risk. Ticket Unlimited shall not be held liable for damages that the buyer may suffer while travelling from or to the event or attending such an event.

The quality categories specified by Ticket Unlimited for tickets shall not harmonise with any categories used by the organiser of the event for which the tickets have been issued. The buyer cannot derive any rights from the category class and/or ranking. Ticket Unlimited retains the right to upgrade tickets without incurring further costs or obligations on its part.

The buyer of a ticket supplied by Ticket Unlimited must obtain information himself or herself in relation to instructions given by or on behalf of the organiser of the event or the authorities as well as changes with regard to the event such as starting times and similar. Ticket Unlimited shall not have any obligation to further inform the buyer of the ticket regarding this.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to be informed about the correct dates and starting times of concerts and events. Football matches, especially, may be postponed or moved one day earlier, in very short notice to the match, due to television rights. Ticket Unlimited cannot influence this.
It is therefore at own risk by moving games, and there is no refund.

The buyer cannot derive any rights towards Ticket Unlimited in relation to the "links" included on the website.

Ticket Unlimited prices are subject to fluctuations related to the demand for and the availability of tickets. The buyer cannot derive any rights from increases or reductions of prices once said buyer has placed an order. The price confirmed to the buyer at the time of ordering will therefore remain the effective price.

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be duplicated.

If you want to cancel is basically impossible. However, we will treat seriously any cancellation request.
In some cases we can return your tickets, however, take. We will look at each situation the amount we can give back Wer. You always pay 20% fee.
Article 9: Information from and about Ticket Unlimited

Ticket Unlimited has registered offices in Amsterdam (postal code 1101 BB, address Hoogoorddreef 75 and is registered in the local Registry of Companies under number 34.17.27.78. Ticket Unlimited is domiciled in (1101 BB) Amsterdam at the Hoogoorddreef 75 and may be reached via info@Ticket Unlimited.com and +31 (0) 20 421 211.

Ticket Unlimited is a commercial enterprise specialised in offering tickets for sold-out and/or popular events as well as so-called hard-to-get tickets.

Ticket Unlimited is not associated to any official point of sale or organiser.

Ticket Unlimited is not the organiser of the event, but merely sells the tickets issued by the organiser. Ticket Unlimited is an independent company and therefore not affiliated with the organiser of the event. In addition, we wish to point out that at the time of the original sale of these tickets, terms and conditions of sale may have been declared applicable by the organiser of the event, on the basis of which the organiser reserves the right to prohibit the resale of tickets. As a consequence of this, these tickets may be cancelled by the organiser and you may be denied admission to the event. We deem such conditions imposed by the organisers to be unreasonable. However, if these tickets are cancelled and you are consequently denied admission to an event, you will be refunded the full amount of the order excluding shipment costs, in accordance with that which is specified in article 7 of these terms and conditions.
Article 10: Applicable law

This agreement shall be governed by Dutch law. Insofar as deviating from statutory jurisdiction rules is allowed, the competent court shall examine all disputes that may occur between Ticket Unlimited and the buyer within the District of Amsterdam unless, within one (1) month after Ticket Unlimited has appealed to this article in writing, the buyer should prefer to submit the dispute to the (relatively) competent court in the Netherlands according to Dutch law.
